Act as a reference point for Project Management Office queries and information also advocate for best practices in project management.
Facilitate project planning, reviews, demos and meetings.
Manage enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges
Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
Provide direction and support to project team to adhere/ maintain all quality standards during the project implementation and manage the fields team as to adherence of project activities.
Maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
