Supervise the Finance Departments of the Group. Deal with Commercial Banks for all units and conducted various financial arrangements and manage financial resources to meet financial obligations. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for management as well as for tax with critical analysis and comparisons with budget. Supervising the Accounts Department, including review of financial Statements. Generation of various MIS Reports. Prepare the projected annual budget for the company. Correspondence with multiple lawyers on certain financial disputes with customers. Periodic meeting with associated companies’ directors on certain assignments locally and internationally. Conduct in house meetings with various departmental managers to address issues like slow moving stocks, slow recoveries from customers.
