Our company has offices in Faisalabad (5 people) and Ireland (7 people).
We sell software and technology to the construction industry and we are looking for an executive assistant to work remotely to assist with day to day tasks for our directors.
The job requires someone who is intelligent, self-motivated and adaptable to solving a variety of tasks.
To be successful in this role it would be essential that the candidate has an interest in the area (construction technology, video, cameras etc) and a long-term ambition to take on responsibility within a growing organisation.
The job is based in our Faisalabad office.
Tasks Will Include
- Maintenance of Customer Database
- Assisting in the preparation of written materials
- Assisting with preparation of financial reporting
- Office Manager for local office (Pakistan)
- Software Testing (QA) before releases.
- Technical support tasks (training provided)
Tools We Use
- G-Suite, Google Drive etc.
- Zoho, Trello, Xero, EverHour
